the four seasons has the best location for exploring all attractions in old city, with everything just a 10-15 minute walk away. the beautiful interiors and grand lobby create a charming atmosphere. The check-in experience via whatsapp was great. they even decorated our room for a special occasion.

Dinner at Zafferano was a letdown, not really up to par with the other dining options around. The spa facilities, while nice, could use a bit of maintenance—the steam room door was a bit of a struggle, and the sauna had some rust issues. the segregation in the spa wasn't my cup of tea. modern hotels should think about family-friendly options. I had a spot of trouble with room service during breakfast. the wrong orders showed up, which can be frustrating when you're not up for surprises first thing in the morning.

One downside was the breakfast situation. it wasn’t included in our suite, and the options didn’t impress us. We were a bit shocked by that.
